At MADE X, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Return Policy Summary

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • If you return for a refund, return shipping costs will be free.
  • Exchanges or store credit will not incur any handling fees
  • No restocking fees
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns, exchanges, or store credit requests on full-priced items within 15 days of the delivery date, provided that items are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached

Bundle Purchases:
If items were purchased as part of a bundle, all items within the bundle must be returned together to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Partial returns of bundle items will not be accepted or refunded.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Accessories
  • Hats
  • Swimwear
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of any promotion

This includes, but is not limited to:
Holiday Promotions, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Flash Sales, and Secret Sales.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Refunds: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total
  • Exchanges & Store Credit: No handling or restocking fees will be applied

Return Shipping Policy

Returns are not free. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must be shipped using the prepaid return label provided by MADE X. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Returns sent without our provided label may be refused.

Condition Requirements

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our standards. Items must not show any signs of:

  • Wear
  • Staining or soiling
  • Washing or laundering
  • Alterations of any kind

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Rips or tears
  • Deodorant marks
  • Makeup stains
  • Bodily fluids
  • Removed or tampered hygienic liners

Important Notice

MADE X is not responsible for items returned that were not originally purchased from us. Such items cannot be returned to the sender.
