Orders

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Requests to modify or cancel must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Why was my order canceled?
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or inaccurate billing or shipping information.

Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases, including during promotions or sales.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.

How long does shipping take?
Processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5 to 8 business days, express shipping takes 2 to 3 business days, and overnight shipping arrives the next business day with applicable cutoff times.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $79 within the continental United States.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has shipped.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If package protection was purchased, contact us within 5 to 15 days of delivery or last tracking update. If not, Made X is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns, exchanges, or store credit requests within 15 days of delivery for eligible full-priced items in original condition with tags attached.

What items are final sale?
Accessories, hats, swimwear, and any items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Are there return fees?
Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds. Exchanges and store credit do not incur handling fees.

What condition must items be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or signs of wear. Items with deodorant marks, makeup stains, bodily fluids, or altered or removed liners may be rejected.

Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an item purchased before it is in stock.

When will my pre-order ship?
Estimated shipping timeframes are listed on the product page. Delays may occur due to production or logistics.

Will my order ship separately?
Orders containing pre-order items may ship once all items are available.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment options available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems.

Policies & Restrictions

Do you allow reselling?
No. All purchases are intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of resale or bulk purchasing.

What happens if I file a chargeback?
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent or abusive chargebacks and will dispute all claims with supporting evidence. Future purchases may be restricted.

Can you refuse service?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion.
